What youll do:

  • Orchestrate seamless event and travel logistics: Youll manage all aspects of employee attendance at international and domestic events from scheduling and travel to accommodation ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Elevate our employee event experience: You will liaise with providers and conduct postevent briefings directly impacting and improving our Congress Score.
  • Support key HR operational processes: Youll assist the Head of People with employee offboarding performance review management and HR software (HiBob) maintenance contributing to a smooth employee journey.
  • Champion a highperforming office environment: You will lead the Operations Executive to ensure a fully functioning and efficient workplace proactively identifying areas for 1 gains.
  • Drive process excellence and compliance: Youll collaborate with the Process & Workflow Lead to maintain uptodate processes and ensure companywide adherence.
  • Provide proactive support and drive efficiency: You will offer proactive assistance to employees and senior leaders manage the company calendar and champion initiatives that improve overall effectiveness.
  • Facilitate smooth internal events: You will support the organisation of internal events ensuring seamless .

Key Information

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Reports to: Finance Director
  • Responsible for: Operations Executive
  • Hours: 8.30am 5pm MonFri
  • Working pattern: Full time in office due to the nature of the role
  • Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office

We offer a hybrid work environment balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial threemonth probation this period will be fully officebased five days a week. Following this we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
