An opportunity to join a highly regardedCommercial Real Estateteam in Essex
Solicitor/Legal ExecutiveCommercial Real Estate Various locations in Essex with hybrid working
Client
A fullservice modern thinking Legal 500 firmwho pride themselves on their continued growth and recognising and rewarding colleagues.
Role
You will join a busy and highly regarded team dealing with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including sales and purchases investment secured lending development options and conditional contracts and noncontentious landlord and tenant matters.
You will take an active role in marketing and business development so must be flexible enough to work outside normal office hours when required
This is an ideal opportunity for career development and progression.
You
23 PQE in Commercial Real Estate
Experience in handling a busy caseload whilst delivering succinct advice and excellent client care
Excellent client and team communication skills
