Job Description
Looking to take your maintenance planning skills to the next level Were hiring a Maintenance Planner to schedule maintenance tasks efficiently manage inventory and support smooth production operations. If youre experienced in maintenance coordination inventory control and committed to safety and quality this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Production Team to prioritize work orders and preventive maintenance.
Utilize CMMS for work order scheduling inventory transactions and parts data entry.
Organize resources materials and labor to complete work orders efficiently.
Manage storeroom inventory ensuring availability of spare parts and supplies.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) programs and technical procedures.
Communicate with vendors regarding supplies and planned work.
Maintain records and reports on maintenance performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and food safety standards (SQF GMPs).
Requirements:
5 years of experience in maintenance planning or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
Experience with equipment maintenance scheduling and inventory management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Familiarity with CMMS and technologybased operations systems.
Ability to work 1st shift with flexibility for overtime as needed.
