The District is seeking candidates for Instructional Coordinatorsassigned to support the Golden State Pathways Program in collaboration with the Office of Graduation and the San Diego Community San Diego Community College District regional workforce partners and industry stakeholders.
BASIC FUNCTION:Under the general direction of the assigned department or division head the Instructional Coordinatorassigned to support theGolden State Pathways Program will coordinate and provide leadership and direction to site administrators and school teams in one or more areas of curriculum and/ or compliance; evaluate and supervise the work of assigned certificated and classified staff.
TheInstructional Coordinator assigned to support the Golden State Pathways Program will coordinate program initiatives oversee grant applications and compliance develop strategic partnerships and ensure program alignment with state workforce development goals and postsecondary education pathways. This position is key in expanding student access to dual enrollment college and career technical education (CCTE) and workbased learning experiences.An incumbent may perform any combination of the essential functions shown below. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination of training experience and/or education equivalent to a Masters degree and seven 7 years of TK 12 teaching experience.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California Administrative Services Credential.
Valid California Drivers License.
