Job Description

Hooks Meng & Clement Law Firm is looking for Reliable flexible and dependable individuals to help with a parttime/temporary file organization project of scanning and renaming documents into our electronic case management system. This position is handson and the applicant must have the ability to move 50 pound boxes push a rolling hand cart and stand on a ladder.


This is a parttime job Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am 5 pm. The maximum hours worked per week is 29. If you are interested please apply today you must have immediate availability to start.

  • Scan legal pleadings and enter them into our electronic case management system and ensure that they are properly named stored organized and internally distributed
  • Ensure that confidential information is protected at all times
  • General knowledge of PC usage along with copier and scanning equipment
  • Organized and attention to detail a must
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Must be able to type 50 WPM
  • Require reliable transportation to and from work
  • Be able to life 50 lb. boxes
