SUMMARY:
The Account Manager II is accountable for delivering excellent and efficient service through daytoday account management of an assigned group of accounts. The Account Manager II has a direct impact on agency success by achieving client retention goals effectively and consistently ensuring client satisfaction and fostering a culture of accountability integrity trust respect and teamwork while focusing on continuous improvement. The position will serve as a mentor to AM I provides direction to AMAs and support Account Executives and Producers. The AM II uses discretion and judgement in determining coverage needs for clients and in carrier and client negotiations.
