Join us as our International Trade Marketing Manager and play a key role in bringing our brand to life in stores across Europe. Based at our London office youll be the goto person for our international teams and distribution partners shaping our success in new markets.
As an International Trade Marketing Manager you will drive instore brand visibility and shopper engagement with a focus on the UK and Netherlands while supporting our expansion into new regions. This role reports into the international headquarters team in Munich while closely collaborating with local country teams.
You will execute impactful B2C trade marketing activations in established markets while also supporting sales teams and distribution partners with B2B initiatives. Additionally you will develop and implement gotomarket strategies for emerging markets ensuring a strong foundation for future growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify local market needs and opportunities ensuring tailored executions within budget while considering local differences
- Plan execute and evaluate all trade marketing activations in the UK and Netherlands to boost brand visibility and sales adapting to local market dynamics
- Work closely with the yfood inhouse creative team and brand management to deliver optimal brand executions for international trade activities
- Monitor POS activations promotions and competitor performance to refine strategies
- Conduct market analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Develop and align quarterly and annual trade marketing plans for optimal
- Track budgets and activity performance to maximize efficiency and impact
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align trade marketing with overall marketing strategies
- Support emerging market expansion by integrating trade marketing into gotomarket plans
- Organize and support local sales teams on executing B2B trade shows and retailer events
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience:35 years in Trade Marketing ideally in FMCG retail or consumer goods.
- International Exposure:Firsthand experience in international trade marketing is a must preferably in the UK or the Netherlands; experience in Spain or Italy is a plus
- Project Management:Strong ability to develop and execute tactical plans in international retail environments.
- Communication & Collaboration:Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Proactive & SolutionOriented:A handson mindset with a cando attitude thriving in fastpaced settings.
- Creativity & Influence:Ability to develop innovative ideas and inspire stakeholders.
- Languages:Fluency in English is essential; Dutch Spanish or French are a plus.
- Mindset:Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a strategic approach.
