Job Title:Marketing Manager Technology Solutions
Location:Alpharetta GA or Hickory NC area (Hybrid/Remote flexibility considered)

Position Summary:
ASD is seeking a resultsdrivenMarketing Managerwith a passion for technology and a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes in B2B marketing with the foresight to anticipate both opportunities and challenges. This role will report directly to the CEO and play a key part in ASDs growth journey by elevating our brand presence generating qualified leads and driving engagement across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with a strong understanding of marketing in the technology sector particularly in structured cabling physical security WiFi audiovisual and managed IT services. This person will own the full marketing function from developing strategy to executing daytoday tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop execute and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with ASDs business objectives and growth goals.
Lead SEO strategy and execution to drive organic web traffic and enhance search rankings for key ASD service offerings.
Plan create and manage engaging content for social media channels (LinkedIn Facebook Twitter etc.) to build brand awareness and foster audience engagement.
Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.).
Maintain and enhance ASDs website with fresh relevant content and ensure ongoing optimization for user experience and lead conversion.
Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance website analytics and lead generation activities; adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
Collaborate closely with Sales Directors Business Development and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business development and project delivery goals.
Stay uptodate on industry trends competitive positioning and new technologies in marketing and workplace technology.
Manage thirdparty vendors and agencies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
5 years of marketing experience ideally in technology IT services or a related B2B environment.
Experience utilizingAI tools (ChatGPT / Gemini).
Demonstrated expertise in SEO digital marketing content creation and social media management.
Hubspot experience is a plus. Specific experience with website content management systems (Hubspot CMS or similar) Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technology topics into compelling audiencefocused messaging.
Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Selfmotivated entrepreneurial mindset comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Experience working with graphic design tools and/or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
