We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problemsolving abilities and a keen understanding of technical support services. The position is located in Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh and offers an opportunity to work in a bustling and collaborative environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of technical support processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to assist clients effectively.
- Proficiency in various operating systems such as Windows macOS and Linux.
- Basic networking knowledge including LAN/WAN routers and switches.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle various client queries efficiently.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone email or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and update technical support documentation.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Ensure all support requests are logged and tracked effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and support techniques.
