Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Salesforce development (e.g. Apex Visualforce Lightning Components).
- Experience with Salesforce architecture and design principles.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform limitations.
- Experience with integrations data migrations and custom development.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Leading and mentoring development teams.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicating technical concepts and design decisions effectively.
- Reviewing code and providing constructive feedback.
Project Management:
- Managing complex projects and ensuring timely delivery.
- Developing technical solution documentation and system plans.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions.
- Analyzing user needs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Applying best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions.
Other Important Skills
- Experience with design and development of enterprise systems.
- Ability to design and optimize business processes.
- Ability to build and lead development and delivery assets.
