Purpose: The Centralized Staffing Services Departments main responsibility is to provide adequate staffing and scheduling across the system.
Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities: Coordinator
1. Ability to manage multiple priorities and direct a diverse workforce.
2. Assists the CSS manager in office operations.
3. Tracks and reports staffing data to provide measurements and help determine outcomes as directed.
4. Addresses acute workflow problems and works to continuously improve processes.
5. Review all staffing and scheduling discrepancies and monitor for accuracy providing intervention as necessary.
6. Ensures that the policies procedures and processes for the CSS and float pool are current and in compliance with the system policies and procedures.
7. Develop build and maintain computer systems to achieve accurate information on staff members competencies and licensure performance such as attendance and overtime utilization staffing and scheduling efficacy.
8. Coordinates and develops monthly schedules for the CSS administrative staff.
9. Assess daily staffing and scheduling needs and adjust staffing numbers as needed.
10. Coordinate work orders schedules and invoicing with outside staffing agencies.
