About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. FrontEnd Developer to join our team and spearhead the development of our core frontend components for a SaaS identity and governance enterprise application. This is a unique opportunity to build a scalable cloudnative platform from scratch working alongside talented engineers to create reusable highperformance frontend elements.
Responsibilities
- Development of the frontend architecture and core components for our SaaS enterprise platform.
- Design and implement reusable UI components to be used across multiple applications.
- Collaborate closely with the Platform Team Product Managers and UX Designers to deliver highquality solutions.
- Be handson with coding and architecture while also guiding and mentoring other developers.
- Review team members code ensuring high standards for performance accessibility and maintainability.
- Define and maintain frontend development standards best practices and code quality guidelines.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate new technologies and practices as appropriate.
- Optimize performance and user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Participate in design and code reviews providing constructive feedback.
Requirements
- 5 years of frontend development experience with a focus on React.
- Proven experience in building SaaS enterprise applications UI.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
- Familiarity with backend services and integrating frontend with APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop reusable frontend components and libraries.
- Previous experience leading a frontend team or mentoring developers.
- Ability to balance handson coding with guiding and reviewing team members work.
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and tools (Jest React Testing Library etc..
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative agile environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
