Job Description
The Growth and Partnerships team is the revenuegenerating arm of the Ei Shiksha a vertical of EI that exclusively works with lowincome or government schools. It takes EIs expertise in assessments educational research and technologybased personalized adaptive learning and builds solutions/programmes/products contextualised for the BoP settings. This is done in collaboration with state governments international grant makers corporate foundations and NGOs. You will lead the Grants team and be responsible for
Identification and evaluation of global and local grant opportunities aligned with the organizations objectives.
Lead the development of highquality grant proposals including research writing and budget creation.
Represent the organization in grant discussions workshops and events to strengthen partnerships.
Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field is a minimum requirement for this position. A Masters degree in the same field would be an added advantage.
6 years of experience in a leadership role in a relevant field such as account management communications or marketing. Proven track record of driving growth and leading teams would be an added benefit.
Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred with knowledge of the latest trends best practices and industry regulations.
