Were currently recruiting for FullTime Lead Server positions near Asheville! This is an excellent work opportunity for High School or College students recent retirees or careerdriven hospitality workers. Youll join a supportive work environment and enjoy meals provided during your shift. The working schedule is MondayFriday with rotating weekends and the pay rate is $17$19 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities of the role involve all aspects of dining room service including greeting customers taking orders delivering food/drinks bussing and sanitizing tables. The ideal candidate will have a servicemindedness and enjoy interacting with residents and their guests.

Responsibilities:
- Provide all aspects of dining room service to Independent Living area residents and their families/guests in a traditional restaurantstyle environment.
- Interact and build rapport with residents/diners and their guests during meals. Dining areas are not officially open to the public outside of guests.
- Provide exceptional service to diners while greeting and taking orders delivering food and beverages bussing tables and sanitizing assigned areas.
- Additional tasks include setting up the dining room space performing opening and closing duties and conducting deep cleaning of the dining area as needed.
