Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with and act as a liaison between the campaign teams sales planning teams accounting and FP&A
- Assist with the monthly campaign delivery/revenue process with a focus on but not limited to the following:Perform QA processes on delivery data for monthly billing reconcile billing activity from the Order Management System to NetSuite provide ad hoc reporting to the Account Management team and ensure billing and related reporting are processed in a timely and accurate manner in a highvolume and fastpaced environment.
- Manage billing across multiple revenue streams (digital event and print) while tracking against multiple deadlines stakeholders and parallel responsibilities.
- Reconcile and analyze campaign data across the various platforms used by our campaign teams.
- Manage processes to resolve billing issues and address client requests.
- Be wellversed in and act as a subject matter expert in our CRM Order Management System and ERP system; and oversee and maintain the flow of data across these systems to strengthen our data integrity.
- Facilitate communications between sales and leadership regarding special invoicing.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 3 years of relevant work experience in an analytical role.
- Proficient in Excel and data analytics.
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy along with an ability to think strategically and creatively in financial and operational scenarios.
- Strong systems knowledge and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and resourceful when working in a small team environment.
- This is a temporary fulltime role maternity leave coverage 1214 weeks)
