Job Description

The Consortium for Medical Technologies CAMTech) at MGH Global Health seeks a Program Manager to manage the daytoday operations and activities associated with the CAMTech Innovation Platform. This online platform provides support and resources to earlystage global health innovators. Reporting to the Global Business Strategy Manager the Program Manager will support the following functions: Evaluate and prioritize the needs of endusers market trends and competition and use this information to determine new features to build as part of the platform Lead discussions with product developers to incorporate new features in the platform Develop advanced content to assist global health entrepreneurs and startups scale their innovations through the platform Support design of new business models and business development opportunities for the innovationplatform Support development of strategic partnerships with key groups globally to grow the CAMTech network on the platform Support development and of a strong marketing strategy to increase the footprint of the platform locally and globally Manage various daytoday operations and activities associated with the CAMTech Innovation Platform Develop metrics to measure success of the platform and to evaluate progress of innovatorsThis position requires a Bachelors degree. A Masters in Business Administration is strongly preferred. Required: 3 plus years of work experience in the healthcare industry venture capital/impact investing or international development Preferred: Experience working in international settings Preferred: Experience working in a start up environment Massachusetts General Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
