Job Description
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: ITPL Bangalore
Workdays: 6 Days Working
CTC: 3.6 4 LPA
Laptop Requirement: Candidate must use their own personal laptop
Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Illustrator Designer to join our creative team in Bangalore. Theideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustration design software and creativestorytelling through visuals. This role requires a handson approach to creating visually appealing artwork thataligns with brand requirements and project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and Create Illustrations: Develop unique and eyecatching illustrations forvarious projects including digital and print media.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with designers content creators andmarketers to understand project needs and deliver illustrations that meet brand standards.
Adapt to Brand Guidelines: Ensure all illustrations align with our brand identity adheringto style color and quality standards.
Revise and Refine Artwork: Make necessary revisions to illustrations based on feedbackfrom stakeholders and team members.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver highqualitywork within set deadlines.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience as an Illustrator Designer or in asimilar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator Photoshopand other digital design tools.
Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated skills through a portfolio of past work that showcasesversatility creativity and design skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work meticulously and consistently deliver highqualityillustrations.
Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaboratewithin a team and articulate design ideas clearly.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to new creativechallenges.
