Job Description
What you will be doing!
As a Cryptanalytic Computer Scientist you will leverage your advanced skills in computer science electrical engineering and mathematics to address complex cryptanalytic challenges. Your role involves solving critical problems related to cryptanalysis highperformance computing and computer network operations all of which are essential to safeguarding national interests. This position allows you to contribute to both frontend and backend development emphasizing a versatile skill set that encompasses analytical tasks as well as various aspects of software development.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python for automating workflows and processes
- Experience with C
- Familiarity with customer toolsets and data flows
- Development of tradecraft focused on both new and existing technologies
- Understanding of networking concepts
Education and Experience:
- Doctoral degree plus 7 years of relevant experience
- Masters degree with 9 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors Degree with 11 years of relevant experience
- Associates degree with 13 years of relevant experience
- Degree must be in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering Mathematics or a related field with at least one programming and at least 4 upperlevel math classes (Calculus and above)
- Relevant experience must be in a computer science area (i.e. theoretical or applied) designing/developing/using/evaluating mathematic models methods and/or techniques (e.g. algorithm or development) to study issues and solve problems engineering (electrical or computer) and/or highperformance computing.
Clearance Required:Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
