Job Description

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst 4 role involves analyzing business processes gathering requirements and developing documentation to support the Office of Information Technology. The position requires a strong understanding of business process analysis workflow modeling and experience with Workday. This is a fully remote position.
Location: Augusta Maine United States
Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining SOPs process documentation or procedural manuals.
- Business process analysis and workflow modeling.
- Requirements gathering.
Required Skills & Certifications:

- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis workflow modeling and requirements gathering.
- Bachelors Degree.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Workday Experience.
- Previous experience with State and/or Federal government.
Special Considerations:

- Candidates must have a current screenshot picture uploaded on their profile within 24 hours of interview confirmation.
- Vendors MUST be present at the beginning of the interview to validate their candidate.
- State of Maine required credentials must be met and uploaded to the contractors profile prior to the first day.
- eVerify must be completed & uploaded no later than the contractors third day of contract.
Scheduling:
- 40 hours/week.
- Monday to Friday standard business hours.
