Please note you must be able to pass security clearance for this role (NPPV 3 due to our clients requirements to gain this level of clearance you must have been a resident living in the UK for the past 3 years.
About This Role
We are looking for a Technical Practice Director to lead our Technical Delivery Team in a clientfacing role. This position is suited to professionals with a strong background in technical delivery particularly in leadership roles and extensive experience working on Oracle Cloud projects. The role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical solutions with expertise in integrations reporting and data migration. Strong technical skills in designing and implementing PaaS solutions are essential. A minimum of ten years experience working with diverse clients across various industries is required.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Provide strategic direction mentorship and technical oversight to the Technical Delivery Team ensuring highquality outputs and adherence to best practices.
- Workload Prioritisation & Resource Allocation: Effectively manage and prioritise team workloads balancing project demands and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Technical Design & Development: Take a handson role in designing and developing integrations reports and data migration strategies ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Talent Development & Growth: Lead recruitment onboarding and performance management processes ensuring team members have opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by identifying gaps in current Oracle Cloud offerings proposing new solutions and leading the development of valueadded products.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong Oracle Application experience in the Oracle releases (R12 and Cloud) including full project life cycles
- Experience with Solution Design for Integrations/Reporting and other tech components.
- Experience in Presales for bids/demos and provide technical inputs & expertise.
- Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud
- HDL FBDI REST/SOAP APIs
- Endtoend Cloud SaaS projects involving integration
- Oracle OTBI/BI Publisher
- Oracle PL/SQL & SQL
- Java or Groovy Scripting
- Understanding and experience in Configurations/Customisations Extensions Modifications Localisations Interfaces (CEMLIs)
- Leading or being involved in tech delivery for Upgrades Implementations and Reimplementations of cloud and on premise
