Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadershis
- Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the Corporate
- Division in alignment with TEAM LEWISs global objectives
- Identify growth opportunities within the corporate sector and drive new business initiatives
- Ensure the division delivers high-quality innovative and effective communication solutions
Client Management
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key corporate clients building and maintaining strong trusted relationships
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns (media relations crisis management thought leadership etc.)
- Lead client presentations pitches and strategic planning sessions
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage mentor and inspire a team of PR and communications professionals
- Foster a collaborative high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth
- Oversee recruitment onboarding and training of new team members
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector
- Lead the preparation of proposals RFPs and pitch presentations
- Collaborate with the business development team to expand the agencys client base
Financial & Operational Management
- Set and manage divisional budgets ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics reporting regularly to senior management
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and industry regulations
Skills & Qualifications
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the Italian media landscape and corporate sector
- Proven track record in business development and client retention
- Proactive results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
