TPF Recruitment Kents leading accountancy practicerecruitment agency is supporting a highly successful midtier firm of charteredaccountants based in Kent in their search for an Audit Director to join theirteam.
This is an incredible opportunity to join one of Kentslargest accountancy firms in a position that is offering a London remunerationpackage but with the work life balance and exposure of a regional practice.
A large proportion of the position will be built around thecandidates experience and aspirations. Clients range from owner managedbusinesses through listed businesses.

The successful Audit Director will form part of the officesleadership team and be responsible for their own client portfolio and team ofstaff working alongside the other partners to help grow the firms audit feeincome. You will likely come from a large independent accountancy practice ora top tier practice background.

Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- RI status or about to obtain is desirable.
- Supervisory experience with a motivational and constructive approach.
- A positive cando attitude when working under pressure.
- Committed to delivering the highest quality service.
- A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
