Job Purpose: This position will achieve growth and profitability through both new business and managing existing relationships while assisting to develop and implement strategies with the specific goal of finding and growing profitable relationships. Will be responsible for completing administration and processing of loans. Will provide customer service consistent with business objectives of the company to both agent clients and borrowers.

Job Duties:

  • Open and build new relationships with prospective agencies/brokerages. Implement strategies with the specific goal of finding and growing profitable relationships.
  • Increase unit count premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the portfolio of active customers.
  • Will provide loan quotes and monitor for opportunities to increase business relationships with current customers.
  • Responsible for review and underwriting of loans prepared by the Client Account Loan Specialist.
  • Conduct needs analyses for prospects and customers.
  • Will act as point of contact for clients to review and decision exceptions to deals. Will prepare the documentation based on the adjustment and provide to client.
  • Effectively communicate technology and service offerings to drive conversion and development of relationships.
  • Establish new contacts to generate new business opportunities through cold calling investigating leads prospecting and closing sales while onboarding and training new Customers.
  • Contact program entities on renewals and lost deals from the previous year within dollar amounts specified until final determination of opportunity is resolved.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of tools used by our customers including our website eForms email reports and available payment options. Effectively communicate the applicable features and benefits and provide training on their usage.
  • Provides outstanding customer service via telephone email and written correspondence.
  • Prepares and forwards loan documentation per agent client requests.
  • Reviews and completes loan underwriting for entry into operating system and communicate with agent on missing documentation.
  • Verifies insurance policies with the entities following prescribed protocol per the TPF Underwriting and Procedures Guidelines.
  • Enters borrower payment information taken via telephone into loan operating system.
  • Foster good working relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Will perform special projects as assigned.

Education Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 23 years outside sales experience or marketing experience within an insurance environment is a plus.
  • High degree of selfmotivation a selfstarter and driven.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as sales/closing skills.
  • Leadership skills and confidence in own abilities.
  • Teamoriented.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Proactive with a sense of urgency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
