We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team in Columbus this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients managing relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This position requires strong communication skills problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through proactive communication
Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Monitor account performance and usage trends to identify upsell opportunities
Prepare and deliver client reports and business reviews
Collaborate with Sales Support and Product teams to ensure client success
Assist in onboarding and training new clients
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field
13 years of experience in account management customer service or a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
