We have a hybrid opportunity for a Director of Software QA Automation to join an organization near Farmers Branch TX thats a fastmoving leader in AIdriven customer engagement. This company has developed a groundbreaking platform that seamlessly integrates phone SMS and CRM technologies to automate and enhance customer referrals. As they continue to grow theyre looking to establish a robust QA foundation that matches the speed and innovation of their product.
Your role:
Step in as the handson QA leader and own the entire testing initiative.
Work directly with lead developers to identify gaps create tests and improve coverage on the spot.
Modernize their current Nodebased testing suite or replace it with something even better... your call.
Manage two offshore testers and establish scalable testing processes that match the speed of development.
Lay the groundwork for a QA strategy that will scale as the company grows beyond its startup roots.
What youll need:
Strong background in test automation with JavaScript.
SaaS experience and familiarity with cloud environments like AWS.
Leadership capabilities that include both vision and action.
A passion for finding the bugs before users do and the initiative to solve them fast.
