Location: Reigate RH2
Salary: 32k (Negotiable based on experience
Position: Permanent Full Time
Property Management Team Manager We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to lead a team of Property Maintenance Coordinators based in the Redhill area.
The role involves managing daily workflow ensuring staff are equipped to handle issues and guiding the team to meet individual and collective targets while maintaining client SLAs.
Regular quality checks staff training and client feedback sessions are key to ensuring service excellence.
The successful candidate will foster a positive work environment address any complaints and implement corrective actions as needed. Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills are essential for success in this role.
The Company: Our client based in the Redhill area is a wellestablished Nationwide leader in property maintenance. They manage properties across the UK through a network of subcontractors and prioritise exceptional customer care.
Skills required for this Property Management Team Manager role will include:
- Experienced in Residential Property Management and ASTs
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- A clear understanding of current lettings legislation
- Proven experience managing a team within property management
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience conducting quality checks and ensuring service levels are maintained
- Problemsolving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to handle all issues professionally and implement corrective actions
