The main responsibility and objective of this of this role is to implement maintain and grow a designated portfolio of small to medium customers that are crucial to the success of CWT. Your customers and colleagues will depend on your ability to meet deadlines solve problems and add value to the customers that you manage. Showing a passion and drive for success is crucial to this role.
Manage Client Business Relationship
Conduct detailed and effective implementation programs within agreed timeframes.
Be the CWT owner of the client business relationship and ensure that all CWT account management products and technology tools are used for maximum benefit and demonstrated added value.
Build and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels within client organisation.
Communicate clients objectives and unique requirements to CWT Internal teams
Resolve escalated customer service issues in a timely manner
Determine opportunities to introduce and implement CWT products to drive additional revenue and hotel attachment.
Manage client life cycle and manage resign of contract without going to RFP where ever possible.
Provide Proactive Strategic Direction
Develop and provide detailed and effective Business Plans to deliver client objectives and expectations.
Prepare and present Quarterly Client Review and demonstrate financial and customer service benefits.
Maintain accurate profit studies for clients and develop strategies to maximise their profitability and/ or return minimum required profit margin.
Analyze financial data for potential opportunities to increase profit for CWT.

Experience & education:
o Qualifications
o Business degree preferred
o At least five years experience in a customer service facing account management position with proven ability including negotiate persuade and advance relationships
o Proficiency in Microsoft applications and also CRM/ Sales Force or similar
