Job Description

As a recent college graduate you have the opportunity to join a dynamic team that plays a crucial role in driving our business achievements. Our AEs work diligently to build longterm relationships with broker partners helping them grow their businesses while showcasing the value of UWM.

All new AEs receive 500 hours of training each year access to a personalized portfolio of brokers and highly competitive products and services. Furthermore we are committed to your ongoing growth with our Level Up Training Program designed to provide continuous skill enhancement mentorship and support as you advance in your role.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Building and maintaining longterm relationships with broker accounts across all 50 states.
- Training and educating brokers on UWMs Easiest Application System Ever (EASE) as well as our programs products guidelines and processes.
- Serving as your clients goto resource for guidance and solutions in the mortgage industry.
- Delivering uptotheminute information about the latest products resources and industry updates to your brokers.
- Championing your brokers and striving to make every loan a success story.
- Monitoring the performance of accounts in your pipeline to ensure optimal results.
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Must Have Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree
- Strong desire to build relationships and a willingness to learn about the mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism both over the phone and facetoface.
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and CRM systems while demonstrating the ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude selfmotivation and a strong work ethic.

Must Have Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelors degree
- Strong desire to build relationships and a willingness to learn about the mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism both over the phone and facetoface.
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and CRM systems while demonstrating the ability to multitask.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Previous internships or coursework related to sales business or finance.
- A passion for the mortgage industry and a desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Previous experience in a businesstobusiness sales model.
