Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support and enhance technology infrastructure. This role will be responsible for maintaining IT systems troubleshooting technical issues analyzing IT performance data and supporting gameday technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background problemsolving skills and a passion for working in a fastpaced sports environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers networks and cloud systems.
- Support IT operations for game days training facilities and front office needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues.
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and best practices.
- Analyze IT system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ticketing video analysis and data analytics platforms.
- Document IT processes configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- Manage user access permissions and security protocols across team systems.
- Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new IT technologies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with league regulations and IT security policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in IT operations network administration or system support (sports industry experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Windows macOS and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of networking cybersecurity and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment (including game days and events).
- Strong problemsolving communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with technology used in professional sports operations is a plus.
