Well run established Christian based Nonprofit Organisation NPO seeks a meticulous and organized Graduate with exceptional administrative and communication skills. Will suit an activator who is motivated proactive and hands on with the ability to multitask and who is willing to get involved from basic to more complicated matters. A valid drivers licence is essential. Must have a good command of English with excellent writing skills.
Responsibilities:- Liaise with sponsors volunteers and donors managing volunteer rosters thankyou letters and other communications
- Assist in planning logistics and resource management for events (e.g. uniform and stationery functions) and initiatives
- Support the Communications Manager to ensure social media content is effective and assist in photo storage and selection
- Coordinate repairs maintain service provider records manage supplies and organize donations
- Submit legal and tax requirements maintain organisational records and handle general administration tasks
Requirements:- Bachelors Degree preferred though relevant experience will be considered
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Strong organisational multitasking and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Word is required
- Experience with Canva would be ideal
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadline.
- A valid drivers license is essential preferably with access to your own vehicle
