Job Description
Introduction
Our client a leading company in the healthcare industry is looking for a Head of Design.
The Head of Design is responsible for the development and management of all aspects of design and creative output in the production of offline and digital collateral that advance the companys brand and marketing strategy.
The incumbent will develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative designs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design Strategy and
- Build lead and review work of the creative team in the production of all offline and digital collateral
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both smallscale and largescale projects harnessing strategy digital and brand design compelling content an technology
- Develop maintain and update the Corporate Identity (CI) for the Group
- Support the GM: Marketing and Person Centred Engagement
- Oversee teams of designers illustrators photographers videographers production staff and writers to take concepts from draft to completion and through to publishing or promotion
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Graphic Design degree at a NQF Level 7
- Strong people management and leadership skills in order develop and inspire the creative team
- 10 years of related industry experience in agency or corporate setting creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital social media paid media mobile offline and print
- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent with 58 years of experience in a leadership role
- The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others influencing external and internal stakeholders
- Experience in branding
