Job Description
1. Position:
Engineer/ Sr. Engineer in Mechanical design.
Engineer/ Sr. Engineer in Mechanical design.
JOB DESCRIPTION
2. Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Experience:
Should have experience of 27 years in Design and New Product Development pro le.
Basic Machine design knowledge of Special purpose machine/ packaging machine/
Pharmaceutical machine/ equipment/ Jig & Fixture.
Should have basic knowledge of designing machines considering cGMP & ISO directive standards
Must have hands-on experience on PTC CREO & AutoCAD.
Should have experience of 27 years in Design and New Product Development pro le.
Basic Machine design knowledge of Special purpose machine/ packaging machine/
Pharmaceutical machine/ equipment/ Jig & Fixture.
Should have basic knowledge of designing machines considering cGMP & ISO directive standards
Must have hands-on experience on PTC CREO & AutoCAD.
4. Job Responsibilities:
Understanding project requirement design and release accurate data on time.
Designing and modeling machine using PTC CREO & AutoCAD.
Preparation manufacturing & assembly manufacturing drawings.
Basic knowledge of Selection of material bearing belt pulley and pneumatics with circuit drawing.
Basic knowledge of Designing of mechanisms gears cam spring & other machine components.
Basic knowledge of Sensors motor & other related components.

Detail design of sub-assemblies drawings creation BOM Generation & release in ERP system
by following de ned SOPs.
On time and error free design release.
Good team player within department and Cross functional team.
Sound knowledge of manufacturing process and machining.
Basic Knowledge of cGMP standard ISO 5S Quality analysis tools & design tools like FMEA risk analysis.
Excellent communication skill in writing and speaking in English.
