Hiring for Lithium Ion Battery manufacturing company
Position:Product Development Engineer
Qualification: BE Electronics/Mechanical.
Work Experience: 24 years experience in BatteryResearch & Product Development
Responsibility:
Process Inspection.
Doing Bench Marking Competitor Products.
Coordinating and of New Trails in Shop floor.
Documentation work of NPD Related Activities.
Field return batteries Tear down analysis.
Checking the dimensions and prepare a report of new product toolings.
Supporting Documentation work on (APQP PPAP and DFMEA).
Verification and Distribution of Product Specs to the Cross Functional Teams.
Battery packs prototype development in LAB (Experience of complete battery pack development cycle from Cell to BMS and all electrical integration work)
Electrical Integration of Battery Packs with charging stations and vehicle level.
of all Cell and Battery Pack testing activities in LAB as per the test plans with the used of testing equipments. (Cell Battery Pack Tester & Environmental Chamber)
CTC: Based on interview.
