Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The primary role of a Telecaller is to make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for our services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate our offerings persuasively to engage customers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list
• Promote our services
• Explain the features and benefits of our services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and respond to their queries
• Maintain a record of calls and update customer information in the database
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and convert leads into sales
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets
• High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing will be a plus
