WorWic Community College continuously accepts applications for parttime credit faculty to teach courses in our Health Professions division which includes Computed Tomography (CT) Emergency Medical Services Nursing Occupational Therapy Assistant Physical Therapist Assistant and Radiologic Technology departments.
Parttime instructors in this category teach courses that support many occupational education and transfer degree options for our students.

Requirements for education and experience will vary depending on the subject area. Applicants must meet all requirements set forth by the governing accreditation body. Generally applicants should possess at least a bachelors degree or substantial experience in their field of expertise.
Preference will be given to applicants who possess a relevant masters degree and can demonstrate prior teaching experience.
This is an applicant POOL. Applications will be reviewed and positions will be filled based on department needs. This is not necessarily a job posting for a currently vacant position. Parttime credit faculty positions are not eligible for a benefits package. Faculty rank is assigned by the vice president for academic affairs and pay is dependent on the faculty rank and course(s) assigned. The pay scale for fiscal year 2025 is shown below:
