Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed safely aiming to reduce risks to as low as reasonably possible.

  • Ensure the safety of all technicians within the team leading by example in behaviors and practices.

  • Ensure all equipment under responsibility is maintained in accordance with local legislation and standards specified by APMT global functions.

  • Ensure all preventive maintenance predictive maintenance and inspection activities are completed efficiently based on calendar running hours condition etc.

  • Ensure KPIs for equipment availability reliability cost etc. are met for equipment under responsibility.

  • Ensure all required equipment KPIs and measures are correctly recorded and reported as required.

  • Ensure maintenance strategies are developed for all equipment under responsibility including requirements specified by Global Asset Maintenance.

  • Lead the continuous review and improvement of equipment maintenance strategies considering major and repetitive equipment failures.

  • Accountable for ensuring the integrity of all equipment considering the age and service of equipment through the development and of appropriate preventive predictive and inspection activities.

  • Manage a riskbased approach to pending corrective maintenance considering the compounded risk to safety and operations through multiple failures or defects.

  • Develop the budget for all planned preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment under control.

  • Proactively track and manage maintenance costs for equipment intervening when costs escalate and identifying ways to reduce costs.


We Are Looking For:

  • University degree in a related field.

  • Solid experience in an operational M&R or facility management environment.

  • Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Experience in servicefocused roles that require effective stakeholder management.

  • Deep understanding of asset maintenance planning including metrics principles processes and requirements.

  • Structured selfdriven and resultoriented with a focus on achieving goals.

  • A commitment to quality with a keen eye for detail in all tasks.

  • Culturally aware with experience in diverse multicultural environments and a respectful approach to working with employees local authorities and other stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
