Are you passionate about providing compassionate highquality care in a supportive residential setting We are looking for a dedicated Direct Care Worker (Residential) to join our team and assist in delivering exceptional service to the residents of our Residential Care Home. About the Role:
As a Direct Care Worker (Residential) you will assist in providing direct care services to residents ensuring they receive the support they need to live fulfilling lives. You will work under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and collaborate closely with health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role will allow you to contribute directly to the wellbeing of residents while working in a nurturing and teamoriented environment. You will be accountable for providing highquality care helping residents with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety in the Residential Care Home. This role is a chance to have a meaningful impact and provide outstanding care to those who need it most.
