Job Description
What are we looking for
We are looking for a motivated Finance Manager to join our awardwinning sales team.
Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience is required F&I experience is preferred.Our ideal candidate is energetic motivated selfsufficient sales driven and has a desire to succeed. We focus on building relationships that lastand that starts with our employees.

Responsibilities
Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing/payment of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
Accurately desks deals submits deals to lenders for approval makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals
Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local state and federal guidelines
Prepares paperwork contracts and delivers deals
Report all retail sales daily and claim all applicable incentives
Ensures CIT Incentive Tag and Title schedules are current
Must assist in customer satisfaction to be at or above group at all times
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience is required F&I experience is preferred.
Must have a clean & valid drivers license
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background checkprior to employment
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing and friendly and understand the importance of relationship selling
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
Focuses on the customers needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
