Job Description
A manufacturer located in Exton PA is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead their sales team. This role will be responsible for the direct supervision and accountability of the Seven 7 Regional Sales Managers all are remote including an overseas RSM in the APAC region. They would also be responsible for the oversight of the Inside Sales Support Team 6 Marketing Manager and Data Entry for a total of 9 direct reports and 5 indirect for a department total of 15. There will be a strong/heavy focus on product development market analysis and growth over the 23 years.
