Job Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager Website Analytics to lead the implementation optimization and strategy of Adobe Analytics via WebSDK and related marketing technologies. This role requires a seasoned analytics leader with expertise in Adobe Analytics WebSDK Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and digital data governance. You will be responsible for ensuring highquality data collection enabling business insights and optimizing digital analytics implementations.
As a key leader you will oversee multiple implementation and optimization projects ensuring data accuracy governance and activation across the organizations digital properties. You will collaborate with marketing product and engineering teams to enhance customer experience through datadriven decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Implementation & Strategy
- Own data collection frameworks and documentation for web ensuring accurate reporting of customer journeys and highprobability conversion actions.
- Assist in web modernization initiatives contributing to redeployment and optimization of analytics tools like Optimizely and Adobe Analytics.
- Oversee governance of Adobe Analytics via WebSDK ensuring seamless data collection and accuracy.
- Define and document Solution Design References (SDRs) data layer specifications QA processes and implementation strategies.
- Work with tag management systems (Adobe Launch or GTM) to ensure accurate event tracking and ingestion of data layer configuration.
- Partner with engineering and marketing teams to optimize site performance reduce unnecessary tracking pixels and streamline analytics implementation.
- Lead multichannel analytics projects integrating data from sources like CRM marketing automation paid media and customer engagement platforms.
Leadership & Team Management
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing product management UX and engineering teams to align analytics strategy with business goals.
- Oversee project timelines resource allocation and scope management to ensure smooth project .
- Conduct internal training on Adobe Analytics via WebSDK for internal stakeholders analysts power users and administrators.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Define requirements for data collection and design of custom reports dashboards and executive presentations using tools such as Adobe Analytics Workspace Power BI or Tableau.
- Support marketing and product teams with user behavior insights to improve digital performance.
- Support efforts in merging online and offline data sources to create holistic customer journey insights.
Internal Project & Strategy Management
- Scope project level of effort (LOE) and develop accurate hourly estimates for internal analytics initiatives and enhancements.
- Develop internal business cases and project plans clearly outlining benefits expected outcomes and necessary resources.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with the organizations digital transformation goals and longterm strategy.
- Support in the evaluation and recommend technology investments ensuring the analytics ecosystem supports future growth and innovation.
Key Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in digital analytics marketing technology or product management with a focus on Adobe Analytics WebSDK and Optimizely.
- Strong background in web analytics implementation data governance and martech integration.
- Handson experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) realtime eventbased data collection and tag management
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Adobe Analytics Power BI Tableau or Alteryx.
- Proven ability to drive datadriven decisionmaking to support business objectives and marketing optimization.
- Experience with privacy compliance frameworks (GDPR CCPA) cookie consent management and related regulations.
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Adobe Analytics certification (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with big data platforms (AWS Snowflake Google BigQuery) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Adobe Target Optimizely Google Optimize) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Working knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) and tag management solutions (Adobe Launch GTM Tealium).
- Understanding of JavaScript
