Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas helping individuals maintain their independence and wellbeing.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker youll be providing essential care and support to individuals aged 65 and above within the Coffs Harbour community helping them live their lives to the fullest.
- Flexible Hours: Parttime positions available with hours to fit your lifestyle (shifts between 7 am 7 pm Monday to Friday with some optional weekend shifts).
- Competitive Pay: Base hourly rate of $32.67 plus 11.5 superannuation and eligibility for notforprofit salary packaging to boost your takehome pay.
- Travel Benefits: Earn 99 cents per kilometre for driving between services plus a mobile allowance for workrelated device use.

What Youll Do:
- Care & Companionship: Provide meaningful support and companionship to older adults.
- Inhome help and support: Help with tasks such as cleaning meal prep and shopping.
- Personal Care: Assist with intimate personal care needs.
- Health & Wellbeing: Implement health and wellness initiatives to support your clients.
What Youll Bring:
- Experience & Qualifications: We welcome applicants with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Essential Requirements:
- Valid Australian drivers license.
- Access to a reliable fully insured motor vehicle.
- Tech Savvy: Confidence in using smartphones or tablets.
- Additional Requirements: Current First Aid & CPR Certificate and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
