Your mission
This is a parttime position 20 hours per week). Flexible working hours can be arranged.

Sales Development Representative is a motivated and competitive candidate who focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a good work ethic enthusiasm to be part of Bella&Bona and the drive to meet sales targets. Working closely with our Management team and founders will give you the opportunity to develop and build your career in sales. Self motivated candidate looking to build a solid foundation in tech sales is an ideal fit for this position.

Your responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify clients to contact via cold calling and email outreach
  • Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport
  • Manage expectations and overcome objections
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using Hubspot
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled calls completed qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings
  • Opportunity to develop skills and potential to transition into a fulltime/permanent role
Your profile
  • Currently enrolled as a student at a German University with a valid permit to work in Germany
  • Entrylevel to 1 year of sales or professional experience
  • A professional interest in building a career in sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
  • Selfdisciplined organized and ambitious. Able to consistently achieve daily and monthly goals
  • Gogetter attitude that displays initiative and persistence all with an innovative mindset
  • Positive and creative attitude with professional communication skill
  • Resilience perseverance and the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a highenergy salesteam environment
  • Native in German and fluent in English
