Permanent Full Time
Salary 53000 Plus Vehicle Travel Paid Door to Door and Excellent Package

We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a mobile engineer to join the teams
Role:
- This role is carrying out commercial gas works planned and reactive breakdowns fault finding and repairs etc.
- Working for one of their household name clients youll be a key member of the gas maintenance team responsible for delivering planned and preventative gas maintenance fault finding and repair as well as ensuring high levels of Health & Safety compliance at all times.
- Tasks will be allocated for you to complete within the set service level agreements ensuring all work orders are opened and closed in real time. If the job needs technical or specialist help well call them in youre not expected to be an expert but we rely on you to let us know it this is needed.
- Youll enjoy working autonomously in a pressurised environment and be able to prioritise a complex and demanding workload. Youll have excellent written and verbal communications skills enabling you to communicate all operational issues within your region. Youll be customer service driven and enjoy working within a people focused environment.
Person:
- You must be commercial gas qualified
- As a skilled Gas Engineer youll have experience gained within a Facilities Management or Construction environment with a proven track record of working on High Profile commercial contracts ideally within retail/supermarkets. You will also have an appreciation of refrigeration systems as well as an understanding and knowledge of commercial M&E service technologies
- You will live locally and happy to travel throughout the region
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- You must hold a full uk driving licence
Package:
- Base salary 53000
- Monday Friday 45 hours per week
- Vehicle and travel paid door to door
- Callout 1 in 4 1 in 4 saturdays
