Job Summary:
University Home Care is seeking a skilled employee who KNOWS Kinnser and medicare for our department in Livonia Michigan. This is a fulltime salaried position that will focus on managing and overseeing the Kinnser system for our Medicare patients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with Kinnser software and Medicare guidelines as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $20 to $23 per hour paid weekly. In addition employees will have access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance paid time off and a 401k retirement plan.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the Kinnser system for Medicare patients
Ensure compliance with all Medicare guidelines and regulations
Train and educate staff on the proper use of Kinnser software
Monitor and review data to ensure accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency and quality of care
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to Kinnser system
Stay updated on changes and updates in Medicare guidelines and communicate them to relevant staff members
Regularly audit and evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all Kinnserrelated activities

Requirements:
MUST KNOW KINNSER or other cms skilled software
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Kinnser software and Medicare guidelines
Knowledge of Medicare regulations billing and reimbursement processes
Experience in training and educating staff members
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fastpaced and changing environment
Detailoriented with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records
