Job Description
Norco are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join the team at our busy milk processing factory in Labrador on the Gold Coast. Employment will be on a full-time basis including day afternoon night and weekend shift work. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operator experience and will be motivated and committed to a career in food manufacturing.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Sound understanding of work place health and safety and the ability to work in a safe manner
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment highly desirable
- Understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and advanced problem solving skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work shift work and rotating rosters
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork with good attention to detail
- Sound communication literacy and numeracy skills and computer skills
- Understanding and commitment to continuous improvement activities

- Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
