Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Director to jointheir team and provide exceptional leadership across multiple clinical centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide directpatient care in an outpatient setting ensuring bestinclass clinical servicedelivery.
- Oversee theonboarding mentoring and development of clinicians to maintain consistency incare.
- Collaborate withmedical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through evidencebasedpractices.
- Monitor clinicalmetrics and outcomes to ensure compliance with state regulations and internalquality standards.
- Serve as a liaisonbetween medical staff and leadership supporting clinical and operationalstrategies.
- Handle administrativeduties such as clinician scheduling performance evaluations and operationalplanning.
- Act as a key point ofcontact for patient and employer communication ensuring timely followup ontreatment plans.
Work Environment:
- 100 outpatient care in Occupational Medicine Urgent Care or Employee Health settings.
- Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends required.

Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine Internal Medicine orOccupational Medicine.
- Unrestricted medical and DEA licenses in California.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Preferred experience in managed care and physicianmanagement.
- DOT Preferred but not required
