Job Description
At Multilogin your expertise in UI design will be the engine behind a comprehensive web app redesign that redefines our customer experience. Youll have the opportunity to shape a product that is both visually stunning and intuitively userfriendly ensuring that every pixel works towards delighting our users.
In this role your creative vision and attention to detail will directly influence how our customers interact with our platformmaking their experience awesome and perfect. Beyond shortterm success youll grow by mastering advanced design techniques and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive longterm product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the endtoend web app UI redesign ensuring design solutions are not only innovative but also aligned with Multilogins commitment to perfection for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to translate business needs and user insights into clear compelling design prototypes.
- Conduct thorough user research and usability testing throughout the redesign process iterating on designs to consistently improve the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that supports ongoing product enhancements and scalability.
- Advocate for best practices in design thinking pushing boundaries while balancing creativity with feasibility.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and emerging tools to continually elevate our product aesthetics and functionality.
Requirements
- UI Design Lead with proven web app redesign experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work
- Skilled in Figma Sketch Adobe XD
- Deep knowledge of UI/UX best practices
- Able to simplify complex ideas into clean interfaces
- Experienced in user research & iterative design
- Aware of frontend dev needs for feasible solutions
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Fluent in English
- Proactive & adaptable in fastpaced settings
