About the Role
Were looking for a highly creative detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our in-house marketing team supporting one of the worlds leading cruise line brands. In this role you will bring our brand to life across a wide range of print and digital assets-from campaign visuals and brochures to social media graphics and shipboard signage.
This position plays a key role in crafting compelling visually engaging designs that tell a story spark emotion and drive customer engagement across every stage of the cruise experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality creative assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns including print digital email social media and video.
- Collaborate with the creative marketing and brand teams to develop compelling visual concepts that align with strategic goals.
- Create visual content that promotes destinations onboard experiences and cruise packages.
- Ensure design consistency across all channels and touchpoints maintaining brand standards.
- Assist with the creative development of onboard materials including menus signage and event branding.
- Work with photographers videographers and content producers to develop visually cohesive stories.
- Adapt global campaigns for local markets tailoring messaging and design elements as needed.
- Stay up to date with design trends in the travel hospitality and luxury sectors.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer Visual Designer or Creative Designer-ideally within travel hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work preferably in campaign or brand storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and designing content for paid media.
- Excellent attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
- Passion for travel storytelling and creating memorable experiences.
Bonus Points
- Experience working for a creative agency or in-house marketing team within the cruise travel or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion design.
- Experience designing for international markets and multilingual audiences.
