We are now seeking a motivated and detailoriented Production Trainee for warehouse handling.
The position is suitable for students and recent graduates as it is a flexible parttime contract 037.5h/week) over the summer of 2025. The exact duration will be agreed upon with the selected candidate. While the contract allows for varying hours fulltime work is typically available during the summer. The fixedterm nature of the role is due to the planned relocation of the warehouse and there might be a possibility of continuing parttime in another role afterward. The position is located at our headquarters in Helsinki Finland and requires onsite work.Ideally the employee would be able to start sometime between midMay and the beginning of June.
As a Production Trainee you will be an integral part of the production team while being solely responsible for handling our warehouse ensuring the smooth processing of shipments inventory and logistics. Your role includes receiving and unpacking shipments coordinating quality inspections writing packing lists and labels and organizing the warehouse. You will also be responsible for tracking components in our ERP system and supporting production transports from Europe to China. Work includes both larger standardized shipments and smaller adhoc deliveries. You will collaborate with various teams such as production engineers purchasers project managers and service team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
