We are an industry specialized in the manufacturing of components for electric hybrid and internal combustion vehicles. We have the support of 4000 employees across 6 countries operating in 13 production units and 3 engineering centers to serve over 100 clients.

At Draxton Teruel our foundry plant located in Utrillas we want to hire a Process Automation and Facilities Engineer.
In this position you will be responsible for planning organizing and optimizing manufacturing and production processes ensuring continuous improvement and maximum efficiency of the facilities.
This position reports to the New Facilities Manager and the Plant Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and implementation of process engineering projects both for new facilities and the improvement of existing ones optimizing resources and processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Be an active member of the project team designing manufacturing processes for new products and planning the corresponding layouts maximizing the use of existing and future resources.
- Apply the continuous improvement philosophy to production processes identifying areas for improvement and correcting deficiencies to optimize production and results.
- Coordinate the design and enhancement of facilities in collaboration with the engineering team ensuring new installations meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Develop and assign clear and visible operational standards for each job position ensuring adherence to procedures and promoting the correct of tasks.
- Provide technical support to the maintenance department ensuring that all equipment and facilities function at maximum efficiency.
- Oversee and manage the Annual Investment Plan coordinating necessary investments for the plants growth and ongoing improvements.
- Contribute to the design process in CAD and 3D playing an active role in engineering projects and process optimization.
To be the selected candidate you will need:
- A degree in Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics and industrial electricity.
- Previous experience working with CATIA or similar design software.
- English proficiency is valued especially in technical environments.

- Summer intensive schedule: from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm from July 22 to August 16.
- 30 calendar days of vacation per year.
